4 Strong Reasons to Overcome Fear during COVID-19 Pandemic

I think many of us, these days are watching lots of television, spending loads of time listening to the news of Corona cases going up in India and globally, involve in some self-learning programs online, playing games, listening to music, working from home, or just spending the entire day worrying when this deadly virus will end its evil effect and the lockdown will open in my city.

Whatever you are worrying about or doing these days, I want to ask you  -

Are you the type of person who makes decisions based on fear?
Does fear hold you back from the action and ideally knowing your hindrances are real?

Fear is a mixed feeling of reverence and dread.

Why should you overcome fear?

Here are the four most solid reasons to conquer fear and enhance tolerance for rejection and discomfort, especially during COVID-19 outburst while we are at home taking care of our families and working.

1. Fear suppresses our potential

Fear prevents personal growth and progression in life. It limits us to live our best life and become a better person. Overcoming fear expands the opportunities and possibilities that surround our lives. When we let it drive our feelings, thoughts, behaviors and decisions, we reduce our mind to a slave of fear. The state is very disempowering; everything we do or every decision we make is a result of fear, rather than our desire. If we entrench off in the land of fear, we can never achieve higher levels of consciousness.

2. Fear exists only in our mind

Why let ourself be scared by a scarecrow which only looks scary but harmless? Fear is similar. It is based on the danger perceived in our mind. The feeling arises when the brain formulates a perception that non-physical threats are actual dangers, which is false. For instance, most people fear public speaking which is physically harmless. Most people develop the thought of people judging them, slipping up and the embarrassment that results. These thoughts and fears exist only in our mind.

3. Fear waste our energy

Fear is irrational, and a squander of mental and emotional strength. Every time we surge in fear, we nurture more logical non-constructive thoughts that feed our energy. Relax and calmly process the situation and intelligently identify solutions. Fear significantly triggers adrenaline that increases physical rather than mental performance. Adrenaline stresses our body and results to jittery nerves. Overcoming our fears ensues into more positive feelings and sound thoughts, which progress into positive aftereffects.

4. Fear is Pervasive

Fear is prevalent. We have to deal with fear, do not let it permeate and patronize in everything we do. Running and eluding fear gives us a delusion of security for a short moment. No matter how we run, we are just living in the confinement of fear. A small seed ultimately becomes an enormous fruit tree. We have to learn to deal and overcome it., or cringe in its existence to become a fragment of who we could be.
Overcoming our fears helps us understand that fears are illogical and entirely obliterates them. We are left emancipated to achieve our highest potential and chase our desires with less hesitation.

Friends, When we are at home let our work and being with the family be fearless and peaceful because as we have read just now it has an impact, especially in a long run on our personal and professional lives. Yes, I know being cool and calm and not to think about what is going on in the world is not easy, but we have to do it.

Think about what is going on around you, But do not worry about it. Because worry will make you very weak from inside, And this is not the end of the world for us.

Promise yourself now that you will not fear any news, story, update, etc during lockdown because  - Abhi to picture baaki hai mere dost.
